1. Eligibility & Parental Supervision

Our content is designed for children, but the "agreement" is between Eden to Eternity and the parent or legal guardian.

Users under 13 must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the site.
Parents are responsible for supervising their child's activity and ensuring the content is appropriate for their specific family values.

2. Intellectual Property (Our Content)

All stories, illustrations, videos, and text found on this site are the property of Eden to Eternity. (unless otherwise noted).

What you CAN do: View, read, and share links to our stories for personal, family, or small-group Sunday School use.
What you CANNOT do: Copy, sell, or redistribute our artwork or stories for commercial profit without our express written permission.

3. User Conduct

We aim to keep this a peaceful, "God-honoring" environment. Users agree not to:

Attempt to bypass site security or "scrape" data.
Post or transmit any content that is disrespectful, harmful, or inappropriate (if the site allows for comments or interaction).

4. Biblical Accuracy & Content

While we strive to remain faithful to the scriptures, our stories are creative retellings designed for children. They are intended for educational and spiritual enrichment, not as a replacement for primary religious texts or professional theological advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide this website "as is." While we work hard to keep the site bug-free and spiritually uplifting, Eden to Eternity. is not liable for any technical issues, loss of data, or how the content is interpreted by the user.

6. External Links

Occasionally, we may link to other ministry resources or bookstores. We don’t control those third-party sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Our "Happy Reader" Guarantee

We want every book to find a happy home. If a story isn't the right fit for your family, or if a book arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we’re here to make it right.

2. The Return Window

Standard Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a book.
Damaged/Defective Items: If a book arrives with torn pages, a broken spine, or printing errors, please contact us within 7 days for an immediate replacement or full refund.

3. Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a full refund, books must be returned in "Giftable Condition":

No creases, folded corners (dog-ears), or cracked spines.
Free of crayon marks, stickers, or "custom artwork" by little hands.
Sound books or interactive kits must still have their plastic pull-tabs intact (if applicable).

4. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized/Inscribed Books: Any books customized with a name or message.
Digital Downloads: E-books or printable activity sheets.
Sale Items: Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout.

5. Shipping & Fees

Change of Mind: If you are returning a book because it wasn't what you expected, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Our Mistake: If we sent the wrong book or it arrived damaged, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all costs.
Restocking: We do not charge restocking fees for children’s books.

6. How to Start a Return

Email us: Send your order number and the reason for the return to [Insert Email Address].
Pack it up: Please use the original mailer or a sturdy envelope to ensure the book doesn't get bent during its trip back to us.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the book, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
